The Most Random Musings

As I'm weeding through recent pictures, I realize that I have a bunch of random pictures from multiple events that don't really go together with anything in particular. So, here's my randoms for the month.

Amanda surprised me. She. SURPRISED. Me. Big time. I seriously had absolutely NO idea. But it was a pleasant surprise, so I went along.

Visiting a friend of mine - Angie is on the left, she is the nurse who's place I took at the clinic when she had to retire due to health reasons. She taught me a lot and she is one of the sweetest, kindest, most caring people that I know. Vhi is on the right - she is our office manager and keeps the clinic hopping with entertainment. There is never a dull moment when Vhi is there. She switches between English and Tagalog when she gets upset and it's acutally quite humorous because no one has any idea what she's saying.

Those are my randoms.

Josh and Lauren's Wedding

These pictures are a little late coming around, but they're here anyways. Josh and Lauren's wedding was two weeks ago, in Oklahoma, at Tapp's Barn (so pretty that it's worth a gasp or two). Steamy hot? Yes. Sweaty people everywhere? Yes. Worth it? Yes. Why? Caramel corn, sno-cones, cupcakes, lemon bars, and icy cold peach tea. That's why.

Aubs and I had brunch with Greg and Kristina and then went to Shoreline Village before flying home.

Home again, home again... good to be home.

Hank & Hannah's Wedding

Allison, Aubrey, and I drove up to OK for a whirlwind weekend...

Things I learned:

1) Allison gets carsick if she sits in the backseat. It will forever be prevented if I'm around.

2) Aubrey and Allison have magic phones that turn off mysteriously in the middle of the night so the alarm doesn't go off at 4:30 AM when it's supposed to.
3) Thank goodness Aubrey woke up. At 7 AM. Oh well, better than nothing.

4) Stinky-footed dude on an elevator (confined space) make me want to never, EVER stay in that hotel again.

5) Stinky-footed dude can make three girls simultaneously reach into their purses for perfume.
6) Hwy 66 has FOUR names, and for that reason, I've been ALL OVER Edmond. And when I say all over, I mean ALL OVER.
7) Arriving late is embarrassing, thank goodness the entrance was behind the crowd.
